"Big Bob’s Flooring did a great job with our bathroom remodel. The project had a small delay in the middle, but the team communicated well, stayed professional, and still got everything completed on time. The final result looks beautiful, clean, and exactly what we wanted. We’re very happy with the workmanship and would definitely recommend Big Bob’s Flooring for bathroom remodels and flooring projects."

"I had a new shower installed in Feb 2019. Jamie, the salesperson was very thorough and detailed when providing the estimate. The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. You can't go wrong. Everyone was professional and respectful."

"I had a two story house that needed luxury vinyl flank, it was a complete transformation and added a fine touch to the house overall and Manuel went above and beyond and insured to get me a satisfactory offer along with an amazing finish on the vinyl flank. It was very helpful that he was bilingual because I had language barriers with other companies."

"Amazing work! The quality and speed of the work far exceeded my expectations. I’ve hired Butler flooring for multiple jobs and the contractor shows up on time every time. "I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
