If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

It was a small job but made harder by the rocks and dirt they had to get rid of, and they did it with shovels. The cost was very reasonable and most of the work was completed in 2 very hot days. I have one minor problem with the retaining wall but they will be coming back to correct it. As of right now, I'm still very happy with the results. I'm giving them an A+ review. "They were great, the job actually ended up being bigger than the estimator found but Stephen made sure the job was done appropriately at no extra cost. The original estimate was everything could be done from outside to stop the leaking basement but Stephen wanted to investigate further because he thought the crack was going to need interior repair. That meant tearing out drywall! I wanted it right so allowed him to remove a small section of drywall and he found a lot of mold and some pooled water behind the wall.
