That's including removing a chimney and repairing the roof where it was! They cleaned up after every day, leaving no mess or nails laying around which I really appreciated and my siding looks so beautiful. They were on time every day and even started the project 2 weeks before the initial start date. I would hire this company many times over again. Ask for Chris on your project for sure!"

"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. Since then, and over the past several years, we've contracted with Mike and Suburban Construction for many projects and have always been completely satisfied and happy with the results - from completely re-siding our house with new vinyl siding, renewing our front porch with composite flooring, adding stonework trim along the bottom of front, side and back of the house, re-siding and re-shingling roofs of two sheds, installing replacement windows in kitchen and living room...probably others I'm not recalling. His crews are top notch - professional and highly skilled, personable, polite and respectful, and always go above and beyond with work, suggestions and advice. And not for nothing....they are as respectful as men wearing large work boots can be of your surrounding landscaping and flowers....construction "collateral damage" is minimal! During this past summer's latest project, one of the guys even helped me relocate my porch wreath, that held a robin's nest, to a quieter spot before the bow window was replaced!! (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. We highly recommend Suburban Construction for any project you need done, and not only would hire them again...we wouldn't look anywhere else! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I first reached out to Bob for a quote for a full roof replacement. After exploring options I decided to instead go with a solar installer, but they told me they don't do masonry work. I reached back out to Bob with an incredibly reduced scope of work which only included removing the peak of a chimney and replacing the house's soffit to add ventilation. He was still willing to work with me and treated me with respect throughout the process. Price felt a little high but it was expected since this was entirely ladder/steep roof work. I'm assuming bricks were tossed off the side of the house which explains how the chimney portion was done in less than a day, clean up was very satisfactory. When I asked about further soffit details, Bob thoroughly explained the work involved, how the new soffit would look and be installed, and brought a sample booklet so I could see the color options. Very happy with the resulting work, only ask would have been even more intake holes."

"I’m satisfied with L & H. The work done was good and the price was fair, and Tim was very flexible with timing. The thing I appreciated most was that he was wiling to replace only the actual front door slab without a pre-built frame (unlike other contractors I talked to), which would have changed the entire configuration and look of the front porch entry. It was a custom door and he still had to cut it to fit with the sloped floor (this is normal for porches) but he made it work and I’m happy with it."
