"It was fantastic. We met Mike at the home show in Albany and after having about five companies (Sears and Home Depot included) give us estimates, we went with Suburban. Pricewise, they were almost right on par with some of the other companies but we loved his patience and knowledge on the product. We waited about a month and a half to get the work done due to the cold weather but once it began, the crew was on time every morning.
There were only three guys working but they did a good job. We had a few small issues that were resolved. I am sure that if we had more companies give us estimates we would have found it cheaper but in reality you do get what you pay for. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat.
Also, we have noticed a significant improvement in the house in terms of warmth. Granted, it has been warmer but even in the beginning when they installed the windows it was still very cold out. I actually look forward to next winter to see how much we save on oil with the increased insulation with the windows, siding and insulation added to the attics.

Pete noticed that not only did my front gutter need replacement, but I had several other issues with my gutters, including missing end caps, missing gutter hangers, and the wrong nails used for my back gutter, (things missed from my home inspection when I purchased the house last year). I also opted to have leaf guards installed since my property is semi-wooded. Pete sent me an estimate a few days later, which was discounted due to an Angie's List coupon, and about a week later, he came and did all the work listed on the estimate. I highly recommend this provider and would use them again if I have any future gutter needs."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work.
