"Andy came into a real mess at our house, I had over 3 contractors before him and each made more of a mess than the last. It was not an easy job to take on. Andy took a destroyed bathroom and made it beautiful. He also fixed all the other repairs that were made. His work is exceptional and he is very knowledgeable about his craft. Few people theses days seem to take pride in their work but Andy and his crew are the exception. They also built a big beautiful deck onto my house that we love. "I was contacted once asking about a sprinkler system. When informed I didn't have one, I arrived home to find the aeration in progress without any prior notification. There was nothing really wrong with this it was just a little startling. The work was very good and the employee very accommodating and pleasant.

"Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."
