"I live in Apollo Beach and had a sprinkler pump that had stopped working. I called the people that installed the pump. It was about 5 years old. They told me that I needed a new pump and that the pump I had was not the correct one (even though their company installed it).That a new 40' line from the well to the pump was needed. They quoted me $3500. I knew better. I called Bay Area Pump and Well Service right here in Apollo Beach. Wesley Carter and his son came out right on time. They diagnosed the problem as a bad check valve at the well connection and replaced it. They also cleaned out my jet pump and redid the input plumbing into the pump. Installed a ball valve. He explained to me why and how the pump malfunctioned and what he did. They were respectful, courteous and professional. Their charge for parts and service was $200 that included a service charge. They saved me a lot of money. They will be recommended to my family and friends if they need this service.They are honest and reliable."

Had several quotes but went with Cass as they were reasonable and gave me options. Lui was very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Completed the work in a reasonable time. "joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."

Mike, the owner is the most responsive well operator I have encountered, responding to numerous questions and request for quotes without complaint. Calvin, Troy, and Jerry are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. My well has been inop since Helene and finally the flooding receded to a point they could change it today. It was 37 degrees when they showed up, with rubber boots on and a heroic attitude they hand carried the pump, new expansion tank and all the other necessities about 400 feet through what is still swampy conditions. While still standing in ankle deep water, they then hand pulled the pump, redid all the plumbing and restored water to my home. After my experience with this team, I will not use another company."

"Called Olin to examine a wet spot in the laundry room ceiling find the source of the water. Culprit turned out to be the tub in the upstairs bathroom. This was an awkward and difficult job involving cutting through the laundry room ceiling and the upstairs wall behind the end of the tub. to locate and fix the problem. I have nothing but the highest praise for the work done by Buck and his assistants. They arrived ahead of the originally scheduled time and got right to work. Buck was very friendly and knowledgeable while explaining everything he found and what my options were. We settled on an expected cost to repair the leak and additionally fix some loose faucets in the bathroom sink. I also had him replace the main water shutoff valve on the outside of the house. The whole job was done very professionally and ended up coming in below the estimated cost. All in all I was very pleased with the job Buck did. I highly recommend these folks."

Due to a nasty lightning storm that knocked out a bunch of electrical items at the house...David troubleshot the problem and replaced the pump control box and also measured the power level pull of the pump when operational..found out that it is pulling 50% above recommended but it is OK to operate but an replacement may be needed ..The looking out for you now and down the road is why I have been their client for over 6 years"

"The whole process went about as well as any repair I've ever had.  The office person I spoke to twice was friendly and promised to call before the technician showed up, which happened about an hour after I initially called for service. <br /> Danny showed up 10 minutes later and immediately was very engaging and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge as he began troubleshooting.  It only took him about 15 minutes to determine the cause wasn't a failed pump, but instead some bad wiring.  He repaired the wires and replaced the pump controller that got fried due to the short then tested the system to ensure the system was operating within specs. <br /> Everything is working great again.  If I ever need service again I'm going to ask for Danny! <br /> Thanks for a great job, <br /> Doug Mobley <br />"
