A deposit is normally collected prior to work beginning with the balance due upon completion. We accept most forms of payment including cash, checks and major credit cards.

After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price.
