"We had Ground Breaking Construction come out to work on my dad's house and garage that needed to be done before a refinance could be completed. The work entailed having the trim of his house scraped, primed and painted, along with having some siding put up on one side of the garage and a hole covered on another. They were thorough, left the job completely clean and even finished a day earlier than was originally proposed, but absolutely within the time frame that was allotted to us by the finance company.
