He walked me step by step through all the repairs, what they would do and what products would be used. He provided a few tips for the trim and accent colors. It took me over 2 months to get the necessary HOA approvals. John didn't change his price and did exactly what he outlined he would do. At the end we had the opportunity to walk around the entire house to see if we thought there were areas that needed touchup.
