Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. This was a welcomed outcome after having regrettable conclusions on other companies in all aspects of remodeling our home.

"There were three of them, and they toured the house, discussed the plan and then got to work.  They worked for about 3 hours, and were very thorough.  The gentleman that did the floors in my living room neglected to tell me that he damaged the wall with the handle of his floor cleaner, but that was the ONLY disappointment.
