"I cannot say enough good things about Walter's Appliance!! Our oven stopped working and based on previous experience with a different appliance, I contacted Walters Appliance via their website, after hours. Almost immediately, I received a call from Ray to clarify the problem and said his office would call the next morning to schedule an appointment; which they did. In a separate call the same morning, Ray called to explain the repair may be costly and gave me a price range. I asked about repairing vs replacing an older range and his suggestion was to repair. But, he explained he wanted to be upfront about the possible cost. In a second phone call the same day, Ray called to explain one of the possible fixes is no longer made. He suggested not repairing as the fix would be costly and the second item may soon be needed; thus money spent for repair would be lost. Thank you Ray for your honesty, for communication by phone vs coming out to tell us and charging a service fee. Because of honesty, integrity and amazing customer service, Walters Appliance is our first call for any needed repairs."
