"This was a great experience from beginning to end.  <br /> Before installation: <br /> Tom came to our house to do an estimate the day after I made the initial call.  The next week we went through the proposal and fixture picks.  He made some great selections and then I was able to change some for my own preferences.  We made a date to have everything done and he was able to complete it all in one day.  Everything moved at the pace I needed. <br /> The day of installation: <br /> He came right on time, which was greatly appreciated, so that I wouldn't be late for work.  Tom went above and beyond our expectations.  We had a new fan/light exhaust combo put in, there was not one before, so a new vent had to be installed in the attic to the back of the house.  While he was up on the roof, he cleaned our gutters!  The supply truck never delivered the toilet seat cover and the light for the fan/light combo didn't work, so he made an extra trip to home depot to pick all of that up. Then made sure the new lights over the vanity worked as well.  The bathroom is well above what I expected.  <br /> Day after installation: <br /> I got a follow-up phone call to ensure everything was still to our liking and worked. <br /> I will absolutely be using Tom again for future projects.  Other handymen wouldn't even come to look when they found out we needed shut-off valves installed, they didn't want to do any plumbing.  Other bathroom installers gave the impression our project was too small for their time.  Tom made me feel like, hey this is the perfect, one day job.  He has a great personality and is very easy in communication using cell phone and e-mail. <br />"
