The parking lot was in very bad shape. But they removed damaged asphalt, milled it down, filled holes, dealt with Kipling traffic and overlaid the asphalt; blending it into the sidewalks and adjacent patio. Him and the crew came out to the property the afternoon before the work was done so he could review the project once again with me and his crew.They demo'd our entire carport (wooden structure with asphalt shingles) and removed the driveway under it along with a sidewalk. The concrete was at least 5and quot; thick.They guys were quick and courteous and even noticed and repaired a sprinkler head that was broken during the demo. They made very sure that the lawn around the demo area was very clean and free of all debris afterwards.My engineer neighbor watched the whole process from his window and approved of their work. :)"
