He came out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem (complete electrical meltdown), and arranged to install a new, upgraded furnace on Monday morning. He also replaced the thermostat and the humidifier controller, both of which had fried along with the furnace. Les was prompt and professional, and was a good communicator -- he explained and showed me everything he was doing. Overall, Les was very responsive, easy to work with, helped us keep costs down despite all that needed to be replaced. He left the work area very clean, removed all the old equipment, and even filled out the warranty information for us.
