Darryl the project manager was very cordial and sweet and made me feel comfortable with my new gutters and guards. "The winter temperatures of 2022-23 were a bit harsh on our siding. We were utilizing our whole house humidifier to keep our house comfortable but the combination of the moisture and extreme temps led to some of our siding warping around two of our upstairs windows. It was very startling and concerning to see our siding buckle virtually overnight. We needed to make sure there wasnâ t damage underneath the siding and have it repaired as quickly as possible. I found Blue Ladder on our NextDoor site. Trey was incredibly prompt when I reached out to him. He asked me to send him pics of the damage and sent me back a very reasonable quote that explained what work he thought would need need to be done and offered to stop by and confirm his quote in-person. He also sent me pics of his previous siding jobs, as well as his company insurance info. Trey is very personable, friendly and honest. He took the time to explain how he would repair the siding, what he would be looking for underneath it to ensure there wasnâ t additional hidden damage and answered all of our questions. His quote went up slightly because we asked him to add trim around both windows when he fixed the siding. He sent us an itemized estimate via text and we set a date and time for the repair. When the forecast called for bad weather the day we had scheduled, Trey reached out and asked if he could come earlier (on the weekend) to make sure our house could be fixed before the next storm moved in! He showed up on time and with a couple crew members to to do the fix. They did a fantastic job! He removed the old siding and before they replaced it, he brought us out to show us there was no damage underneath. He color matched the old paint in our house perfectly! He and his crew were punctual, considerate and they left our yard and patio clean. Weâ re incredibly pleased with the repair! We are hiring Trey to trim out our remaining doors and windows when paints our house in the spring. He does great work for a very reasonable price!!"

"Ike has done several projects for us. He removed a large wrap around second story deck on a mountain home and put up a new cedar one, which included custom railings, stairs and application of the stain. In that same home, he laid flooring in 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both the deck and flooring are still in great shape, years later. Recently, he assisted in re-landscaping our new yard. He laid down barrier around existing plants and then moved 24 tons of river rock to put down over the barrier. He also took down a barbed wire fence & posts and replaced it with a new 252' vinyl fence and gate. This installation required that post holes be dug, concrete poured and posts installed in 8' sections. His measurements were completely accurate. We were very pleased with how the project turned out. Ike is reliable, on time and committed to his projects. I highly recommend him for home repairs, projects and remodels. His prices are very fair."
