"The reason why I give them 5 stars is because they respond and install my water heater in Less than 24 hours. The technician who run my call show that he has knowledge about that job. When the job was done he explained how the new water heater work and what to if help is need it. He also explained and showed me the deficiency of the valves and recomended to be changed. "Had a problem in the guest bathroom the commode was leaking which caused a leak in our basement. We installed a pail to catch the water and called Mr. Clean Drain Plumbing Inc. right away. Arlie and Frankie showed up within a day and solved the problem immediately. While here we also had them fix a leak in the tubing for the hot water tank. They were highly motivated, highly skilled, very reliable and a real pleasure to work with. A big thanks for such outstanding work and job well done. Bob Savage"

"Plumber Brian came to replace a leaky hot water heater valve. The old valve was plastic and had deteriorated. Brian brought in a heavy duty brass valve replacement and skillfully removed the old valve and installed the new one. He cut and replaced nearby pipes as needed and offered suggestions on keeping our hot water heater in service a little longer. He did a surpurb job. Really a skilled plumber."

"Mr. Rooter did a great job on our emergency clog repair. Jorge was very professional when he came to our house to clear our clog. Our master bath sanitary system was clogged and it caused water to leak thru the toilet flange and above the ceiling on the first floor and out our can lights below. No other plumbers even called us back, but Mr. Rooter not only called back but Jorge came to service our house on his way home. He fixed the clog, gave us a new toilet flange and was very professional the entire time. It turned into a job that lasted almost 4 hours. We would recommend this particular technician again."

"I called because we had a shower head that was dripping. Dan came out and checked the water pressure which was set too high, we ended up replacing our pressure reducing valve and rebuilt the shower. Weâ ve not had any issues since! Would highly recommend this company for any plumbing diagnostic."

"Mark's Plumbing did a great job putting in our new water heater and at a very reasonable price. I now have a plumbing company I can trust. We are very pleased. Mark is the best!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
