"This company is Awesome! Of the three company's we chose to speak with from Angie's list Peckels was the only one that met with me rather than just show up, look at the job and call me. I was impressed with the attention to detail and some additional reinforcement they salesman suggested. We were very eager to get the work done since the wood fence was leaning way over because multiple posts had broken. They got us on the scheduled right away. A week later the fence broke free, half of it laying down and the other half twisting up to the good fence post. We were afraid all this twisting might make the fence unmendable. I called Peckels and they moved us up in the scheduled and came in the next two days to complete the repair. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."

"The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem.  We had to have them come out again.  He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair.  They were OK with pricing.  Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did.  The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.  That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier.  I would use them again."
