Though most of the pipes had been replaced over time, the risers were still galvanized pipes that were no longer working to bring the water up to the units for both kitchens/baths. They removed the old risers and replaced with new piping. They were professional, prompt, courteous and highly competent. I recommend this company without hesitation."

"Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"Sort of stuck with this company because I got on their frequent flyer program for auto withdrawal of $190 a year. ALL I ASK FOR IS TO MY SHOWER TO BE FIXED, so it works, and doesn't leak for close to the original price given, $400 ------ not hundreds and hundreds of dollars more for additional things all around the house I can't afford right now, and don't need right now, after any "I cannot touch faucet or turn valve" forty-five minute "safety check" . I Just asked for a different plumber than the last one and a price quote. - Someone called me seven days later and left a message they would call back within 24 hours. - still waiting today past that time, - left her my cellular number too. Unlike other fence builders with whom I met, Hal makes the fence himself, piece-by-piece, and puts everything together on location. 
Construction took a few weeks due to a thoroughly disappointing situation with the neighbors as well as very frequent rain, but Hal always returned my phone calls and kept me updated.  He also responded professionally and kindly to a last-minute change in design.  I simply love spending time in my new backyard!  I couldn?t be happier with the work Hal has done on my property."
