"The estimate was free, but they asked for a deposit of 50%. Which was, No! They were the highest in the estimation. The deep cleaning or construction was not included in the estimate. It would be an additional cost. In the refinishing, the said the two coats, but didn't mention the primer, and it was very high. They didn't add the Angie's List discount when they sent it, even when I told them I was on the Angie's List they didn't include it. It was just a sloppy estimate.  The guy was late, one of the them forgot about it. I was waiting. I will give them a "B", not hurting them and maybe some other people will a better experience with them. They gave me an estimate in February and my husband was sick, so I had to stop everything and came back to it in May. I don't believe in 50%. If you are a big company, you should have the means to do it. I am not taking my house and running away. That 50% down is just not acceptable. I would never accept any company that ask for money upfront. I did once and the guy just disappeared. I would never do it again. The price was the reason I didn't hire them. Because of the 50% down, it was not professional. "
