"The project was a 1938 home that was never remodeled, it needed new plumbing and electrical, updating the kitchen and master bath into this century! Interviewed 5 contractors and chose Build Ur Dream, and from the start it was a smooth process. First off, the Owner Eli, came out to the site, listened to the ideas of what was needed and the overall design of the finished project. I visited the showroom, met with Vincent the design consultant, who helped out with the flooring, fixtures, countertop and cabinets, Eli assigned Victore as the lead project manager, great communication with both via text and phone. Victore was a pleasure to work with, if a issue came up, as they do in a older home remodel, we as a team discussed the options and came up with a plan. Victore and the team worked everyday, I mean there was someone or something being done to move the project forward everyday, even Saturday and Sundays. My home was completed on time and in budget, 2 1/2 months from start to finish. Super happy with the work, craftsmanship and enjoying my home."

In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. "Unreliable. He gave an offer and I prepared a draft contract. He asked for changes and clarifications. Changes to extend time frame from 60 to 90 days accepted and clarifications provided. Even include an extra 30 days as buffer. The only thing left was to sign a contract. Doesn't respond to messages or phone calls. Looks like a nice and knowledgeable person, but doesn't like to be held responsible for the work and timings."
