"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. "Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

I emailed Better Water Heaters in the evening with the details and got a phone call from Frans who scheduled Daniel to come and give me a free estimate the next afternoon. Daniel’s estimate was similar for a standard water heater replacement but although I had not considered a tankless install I asked for a quote on that as well after discussing pros and cons with Daniel. I am very happy with the quickness and quality of the work as well as the quality of the Rinnai water heater that was installed."

"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. "Jess and his crew did a great job recently repiping my house, both the water supply and drain lines. Jess is easy to work with and very responsive. His price was very reasonable. He came back promptly to fix some very minor issues I found (tiny leaks from the kitchen sink drain and from one of the outside faucets). Everything is fine now.
