From removing the old hardwood, to leveling, to tile install and quarter round install through final cleanup, all was great. The finished flooring looks fantastic! Very diligent, thorough and professional from start to finish. As a bonus they also painted an area of our home with 16’ ceilings and it looks great, saving us time and a lot of effort. 5 stars plus!!!"

"Worked with Jason for product selection, in home measuring, pricing, and scheduling. There were a few mishaps along the way, but each time I called and spoke with Kim and she handled everything professionally and quickly. Mishaps included: late arrival for in home measuring, install date had to be rescheduled, and on actual install date, carpet on stairs was missed on order. Late arrival for in home wasn't that big a deal for me, but could be for others. I called the day before the original install date to reschedule to be told that my carpet had not arrived and I was not on the schedule, but that my carpet could be on the dock, they just had not in processed yet. Not a big deal since I was calling to reschedule anyway. On install day, installers arrived and did not know about carpet for stairs so did not have it. At 8 months pregnant I was not pleased with this and called their office in tears. Kim was extremely nice and made a miracle happen and the carpet showed up the same day and was installed. Overall would use again and recommend for others."

"I had carpet removed in my moms mobile home and repaired some water damaged spots then installed vinyl .Teresa was wonderful to work with, I felt that we were a team on a mission to make my mom happy. She did exactly what she said she would do when she said she would do it. With me being over 100 miles away this meant a lot to me to have someone that cared about the customer. My mom loves her new floor. The workers did a wonderful job in fixing all of the bad spots they were caring in wanting everything done right they were clean and did a wonderful job. "I hired Brandon to remodel my ugly 1950s bathrooms 7 months ago. He has since done several large remodels and dozens of installations in both my house and my parents home. He actually shows up on time every day! He changed my hideous outdated bathrooms to EXACTLY what I dreamt of! I couldn't stop bragging about his beautiful tile work and his detailed results. Soon after my bathrooms were transformed, I hired him back to completely remodel my elderly parents home.. I already knew his work ethic and I didn't have to check up on him He is punctual, respectful, HONEST, and has integrity in his work. His end results were above and beyond my expectations! I am the customer who expects perfection and Brandon delivers my expectation of great work. He has remodeled my bathrooms prior to remodeling my parents home. When he agreed to this remodel, I felt comfortable knowing my elderly parents were in good hands. I am in law enforcement for over 30 years. For someone to win my trust, they have to be an all around good and trustworthy person. He is just that. Brandon takes pride in his work and it clearly shows. He not only explains why and how he will replace/ repair, he also gives you great advice on certain aspects of the job(s) including what is needed to prevent water damage. He is almost finished with the dozens of jobs in my parents home. His HIGH QUALITY work has completely transformed my parents outdated home to a better than a new house. I did have a few contractors give me prices before I met Brandon. His prices were much more reasonable than any of those clowns prices. And the best part of my experience is that Brandon does ALL of the work. He doesnt send people I never met to do the work while he collects the money. He does it ALL. What a great experience!
