"We worked with PRAN Pro to fix some siding on our home after storm damage. We could not be more pleased with our experience! Yauhen and his team were thorough, timely, and knowledgeable. He sent us two estimates to reflect repairing the existing original wood siding vs. needing to replace it, which really helped when submitting to our insurance company. Yauhen and his team even came out in the early morning on the 4th of July to complete the job since we needed the work complete to proceed with other repairs. Yauhen followed up with photographs of the process and checked in to ensure we were satisfied with the work completed. We look forward to working with the PRAN Pro team again in the future!"

"Matt assured me that his team could resolve the leak in my roof, and while they arrived promptly, they completed the job in under an hour and charged me $2,500 to essentially replace a few shingles. Reluctantly, I paid, hoping to get through the season without further issues. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. Despite multiple visits from the crew, they only performed minimal work, often blaming debris or other factors to avoid addressing the underlying problem. Fast forward two years, and the roof is still leaking significantly. Matt's behavior has been nothing short of deceitful. I recently spoke with his service representative, Billie, whose favorite word is apparently "unfortunately". They refuse to stand by the shoddy and exorbitantly priced work. Overall, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise against choosing Phase 4 for roofing needs.
