"Actually, when they did first the job, there was a little bit of a discrepancy as far as how straight they did the edging on the side of my landscaping. He came back and he did it the next day and told me that he'll be there. He did know and verified that it was not as straight as it should have been and so he did it himself. He did a very nice job. I wasn't even home and the fact that he came and he did the work, though he didn't do it as well as I thought he should have and when I called him back, he came back and he did it completely well. There's only one thing that didn't happen is when they did my edging and stuff like that, they left a lot dirt and mud on my sidewalks and driveway so I had to get my power washer out and I had to power wash it myself."

"I wanted another tree put in and since they are tree experts they gave me good suggestions on what to put in so they took one out that day and ground all the way down to the ground and planted a tree and had time left over that my neighbor came over and they took theirs down. They did an excellent job and I had the landscaper here when this was all doing and they manage to work things around to take care of my tree and get in and get out so that the landscaper could come in and do what they needed to do."

"Ray (the owner) was very professional to work with. He always returned any messages we left him promptly and tried to explain all the work that would be done. He was very patient with our questions. There is a concrete room under our front porch so the men first set up safety scaffolding in the room. They then jack hammered the old concrete porch off. In the process, some of the stone around our front door let loose. This was in no way Ray's fault (it was not installed properly when the house was built) but Ray completely repaired the damaged area at no additional cost to us. The crew poured a new concrete slab porch. They cleaned up at the end of each day to the point where you would hardly know they were there during the day. All of Ray's men were extremely polite and considerate. They arrived early and put in a full day every day. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the end result. The porch is beautiful (we have gotten MANY compliments on it) and exactly what we wanted. We were so impressed with Ray's business ethic. He didn't add on fees or charges, even when the job demanded more of his time than originally expected. The fact that he went above and beyond by fixing the stone that fell really speaks volumes about the way Ray runs his company. He even had his men replace the metal hinges on our storm door because they weren't holding the door on straight. He is truly an honest business man who performs quality work and isn't out to rip people off. We would recommend this company to ANYONE!"

"It's not a so good experience so far. I have not seen any ditches in my lawn at all and I think this year, I had the waterfall guard system installed and they came and did the irrigation. I had a sprinkler system and they did irrigation on top of it and two of my sprinklers had gone bad after that. I had to go and complain about it. It took some time but they now promised me that next year, they would fix it. Price is expensive. No quality at all."
