"Long Fence did an excellent job. The crew arrived in the time windows that was promised. They asked a few questions, walked me through what they were going to do. Then they did the job. They finished sooner than expect and left the area clean. Long's estimate was not the lowest. But I choose to go with them because I felt the the sales person actually listened when I raised issues. Some of the others when say "okay" then write up an estimate that clearly ignored my concerns."

Installation was a smooth process over 2 days, crew did a good job & cleaned up after themselves. Only one issue occurred with putting up the shutters, and the owner Terry dropped what he was doing to come out to oversee and even ran to Home Depot to get the hardware needed. He suggested we get another attic fan, and he was right - one was not enough. They will be installing the 2nd attic fan & will be 1st up for a siding job.
