"I would highly recommend Chicago Reno. Our basement unfortunately had cracked cast iron pipes, and our basement was in shambles because of the plumbing work that was needed. We were looking for a contractor to put our once finished basement back together again. It was a complete tear down and renovation. The team at Chicago Reno are wonderful people. The quote for the job and it’s timeline was fair, realistic, reasonable and no hidden costs. "Kirk redid our bathroom (shower, toilet, floor and exhaust fan). He listened to what you wanted, only gave his input when asked and was honest, which I appreciate. He would make a suggestion on things we didn’t even consider and he was not pushy about it and let you decide. Once they started the work, we were able to make the shower bigger which I was happy about but this made for a little extra time since he needed to order a new shower door and grab bar. He offered to put shower rod so we could use but we had another shower. This is someone who cares. Also, Walter and his crew were amazing. On time, professional and cleaned everything up. We will be using Kirk again when we redo our full bathroom. Thanks Kirk, Walter and crew. We are enjoying our shower. It was a pleasure working with you."

My only critique is that the timelines initially given and even at the beginning of the project were off by a couple of weeks. Some of the communication in that wasn’t always clear."

"I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Biango Construction to anyone doing renovations or wanting built-ins added to their home."

He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail.
