"I found Act One Cleaning on Angie’s list. We decided to have our very dirty carpets cleaned on our new home rather than replace them hoping to stretch them out a year before replacing them. Steve arrived on time and was extremely organized. He put up a plastic barrier on the front door so that heat wouldn’t escape while he worked and blankets under his equipment to protect our floors that weren’t carpeted. He used several techniques to remove stubborn stains and spent several hours throughly cleaning our carpets. I was thrilled with the results. The carpets look nearly new and there’s no need to be thinking of replacing them. Steve is a rarity in the service industry. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. It costs a certain amount of money to bring a technician, truck and supplies to every job, no matter what the size. \n \nFor JCS, that minimum charge is $55.00. \n \nIICRC Standards require dry vacuuming, pre-spotting, pretreatment of carpet fibers, hot water extraction cleaning, application of protector, if requested, and grooming of the carpet. \n \nSpots such as red stains, rust and printer inks etc … require additional treatment above and beyond basic cleaning. The cost of these services is $5 per square foot. If the stains can be removed over time can tell. \n \n \nThis cleaning is priced based on the amount of time and material required.
