"I called them out to look at some siding trim (apparently called a "J-Channel") that had come loose during a recent wind storm. They repaired the loose trim for me, and did a complete roof inspection. Fortunately, there was no other damage to the roof itself. I found them trustworthy, capable, courteous, and professional. I'll definitely use them for jobs like this in the future."

"Exterior Medics did an excellent job on our new roof. The were very professional. We had a great experience from the start of the sales process with Yong Hwang, and throughout installation and inspection. Pricing was competitive and fair compared to other roofing company quotes. Everything was done in one day and they cleaned up everything afterwards. They were also very considerate of protecting our outdoor plants and A/C unit. "We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."
