"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. Later we met at their store in Gaithersburg and again Oscar was awesome in the assistance he gave in picking out just the right materials for our dream bathroom. The work began on the date as agreed. The staff was there on time , covering all the walkways and bedroom furniture to prevent dust and dirt. Again, this was completed very professionally. Ruth Co. came out to replace the copper pipe, extension, and faucet, along with insulation. He did a super job, securely attaching the entire run to the formstone.
