"I called "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services" on a Wednesday to get an estimate on a job and Scott and Mike came out. I had a pipe that rusted through and was leaking in my crawl space. The section of pipe that was leaking was in between two joists connecting to a 90 degree cast iron elbow with a concrete wall under the section to make it even harder to get to. It was a super tight space. Scott and Mike were very honest and told me up front that it would be extremely difficult to get the section out. They told me they might have to go through the kitchen above and cut into the back wall of the sink to access it. Worst case, they would have to cut through the back of the kitchen sink cabinets. That would obviously be expensive because you then have carpentry work to do after the fix. But if the crawl space option didn't work, there was no other way to do the job without cutting through walls and possibly kitchen cabinets. They gave me an estimate for plan A and plan B. The prices were reasonable but I had a lot of anxiety that plan B could get extremely ugly. I had some other estimates and I heard the same thing. Overall, H20 had competitive prices but the main reason I hired them was because of the confidence Scott and Mike showed when they talked about doing the job. They told me if anyone could get it done it was them. They showed a real sense of pride in their work and their abilities. I called back that night and told them I wanted them to do the job. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. The next morning Scott and Mike came in ready to go and I crossed my fingers but was expecting plan B to be a given. Miraculously, they were able to break the bad section away from the 90 degree cast iron elbow! I was super excited that they wouldn't have to cut through from the kitchen above! They then replaced the pipe with brand new PVC and added an access trap so we could more easily clean the line out in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend "H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services"! I will make sure that any future plumbing work comes their way!"

"Tim was the best plumber I've ever met, you can tell he really takes pride in and loves his job. I had my sump pump go out on a Sunday. I put my Angie's list request in and within 5 min Tim had already called me and we made an appt for the next day. He showed up on time, informed me he'd had to move another appt around as mine was more pressing and charged me less than what I was thinking it was going to be. He replaced my worn out flow valve, cut a new piece of pipe, and installed a new sump pump all in less than an hour. 5 out of 5, would hire again."

"I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.

"Dom came out to look at the sink. He let me know it would need to be rodded, but the pipe itself was very rusted and may need to be replaced. He tried he best to find a way to get the sink fixed that day without needing to replace anything. Unfortunately the sink is done. He was able to get a technician available right away for tomorrow to start the process of replacement. Very pleased with how this was handled."

"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."

"Despite a bit of a miscommunication and us canceling on him twice, Matt was extremely accommodating, went out of his way to fit us in, and did great work. They used plastic sheeting to protect the entire bathroom and had exhaust running to outside. The smell isn't as awful as expected after reading other reviews. Just smells like spray paint. Will update this review later about how well the finish holds up. Thanks again Matt!

"I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend F3 Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Good, honest, quick and reliable-what everyone hopes to get in any service these days, but especially a contractor."

"During a recent storm, I woke up at 3:00 am to the screaming alarm of the sump pump and a foot of water in my basement. I called Ferrari Plumbing and they immediately came out and checked the pump. Instead of trying to take advantage of us during the storm by replacing a good working pump, he went above and beyond by going outside in the pouring rain to check every possibility to try to find a cause of the flooding. With a flash light, he found that our drain pipe was plugged with a screen by the street. The previous owner had put a screen on the pipe to prevent mice to come into the house, which caused a back-up in our basement. Immediately after the plumber removed the screen, the water in my basement drained. Our home inspector failed to to report the screen, which caused the flood in the first place. In that, we really appreciate the expertise and knowledge of Ferrari Plumbing. I truly feel they took care of us instead of taking advantage of us. We moved to Wheaton several years ago and as a new home owner I find that having a reliable local plumber makes my life that much easier. I have used them many more times after and will continue.
