He inspected the locations of the leaks, found some seals that had broken down, and found the rest of the roof was in good condition. In his review he showed pictures of what he found. He said it would take five minutes to apply a new seal in those areas and he'd be happy to do it for free. I appreciate that he didn't try to push any services I didn't need, was friendly, and helpful. I know who I'll be reaching out to for my roofing needs going forward."
