He called me and was extremely friendly and offered to come the next day. I was very desperate and agreed to hold off until the next day so I could compare some prices and clean up after trying to fix the problem on my own. He then offered to come right then and there after thinking about it to at least look at the issue and decided to make me an offer so good I couldn’t turn it down and managed to not only remove the old pipes and shoe that was stuck under the tub but replace the entire system in a matter of hours.
