"GF framed a four story gut-rehab that I was the Project Manager for in Lincoln Park. They also added a four story back addition, installed all new Marvin windows, 7 skylights and all of the custom trim and molding throughout. They are technically precise and skilled builders. "Andrew responded to my inquiry through Angi very promptly. He immediately promised to come and repair what I thought was a blown outlet, determined I actually needed a new garbage disposal. He ran to get the new garbage disposal for me immediately, installed it and also replaced my broken faucet. I couldn’t believe my good fortune in finding him! Everything was repaired within an hour.The cost was also very affordable. I highly recommend this company. I’m so grateful to have found them. "after an overall evaluation of my home for more insulation, the owner saw I had an asbestos tile floor in my basement. It was removed, as well. Tubing, piping was added above the bathroom fan. It now goes outside of the attic. I will not have moisture buildup in my attic any longer. My house is noticeably comfortable, not cold and drafty any longer. I am able to lower my thermostat to 70-71 degrees, instead of 75 or higher. I truly appreciate all the work that was done in my home."
