"The job, carpet removed, new floor installed in dining room and hall, took one day, which was the time the vendor estimated. The vendor arrived on time with two other workers. The job was completed with careful attention to detail and looks beautiful. Workers were very polite. They tried to inconvenience me as little as possible, because my space is not large. Clean-up was thorough. The price paid was fair. Note: they do not take credit cards. The business owner was very pleasant and concerned with my satisfaction. I would definitely use this vendor again and plan to. I highly recommend his services."

For us he removed a wall between kitchen and dining room, relocated and replaced electrical, renovated a bathroom, installed floor, painted , added lighting. We plan to have him back for phase 2 of renovations."

Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. Nirmin did a very good job with the multiple tasks that I needed performed. He was

very professional and explained everything that he would do and showed me what was wrong with the faucets, windows and the ceiling fan and how I could fix them in the future, if necessary. He answered all my questions and performed all the work in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with all of the work as well as the price. I will definitely be using Nirmin again. "Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily).
