They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. "Chris and Manny were great!! I was having a microwave replaced in a rental unit. I dropped a new microwave off with my tenant and Chris worked with him to schedule an installation date. The guys even took it upon themselves to bring me the old microwave when meeting me for payment after the install; saving me a 40 mile round-trip. "Overall, went really well. He showed up at the time he said he'd be there and performed the work requested. He didn't charge for time spent eating lunch or going to pick up parts. There was a small issue in the bathroom with a small section of the wall next to the light switch box he replaced. When it was pulled out, it appears the top layer of drywall was pulled back so the wall is no longer in the condition it was before he did the work. It's a fairly minor thing but I'll have to fix it at some point."

"We chose not to repair due to age of machine and total lack of support from Select Home Warranty to replace or repair it. However, if we buy a replacement from Energy Solutions, they will rebate us the service call fee, which is very nice of them."
