"First, Bob stopped by with an estimate at the agreed upon time. Then, within a few days we scheduled the work.  He arrived on time and started right away. He worked with the back porch ceiling fan light first. This very old fixture was ancient however Bob took the time to disassemble and installed the new ceiling fan. He is very meticulous at his job. Then, he worked with installing track lighting in the dining room area.  The track lighting is beautiful too.  Lastly, he worked with replacing the back porch light located outside.  He had to use an extension ladder to reach the light.  He completed all jobs within about couple hours.  Bob was very personable and professional.  He remained focused with the jobs. He is skilled at his job. 
Bob did a terrific job! Great job!  We will hire Bob again in the future.

"CW arrived on time and completed all tasks efficiently. The sliding door was challenging because the door slid into a wall, and the part that connects the door to the track had broken off. CW worked through the issues and fixed the door.

I have previously used this company for minor repairs; this project was major; and I will use this company again for remodeling, renovation, and residential repair. "Everything went pretty good. We had a few hiccups but it didn't bother us because we were not in a hurry. The project started on Oct 16, 2017. It did not really get completed till right before Thanksgiving which was Nov 23, 2017. The installer, Larry was very good and very nice. Dale personally came out to the house AT LEAST once a day if not 2 or 3 times. He really watched and managed our project, which really put us at ease. He is very much a perfectionist and stands behind the products and his work and will not have the project complete until everything is done to the utmost standard. Dale also called and emailed us to keep us up to speed with what was going on. We absolutely love the finished product. Since we were not familiar with what to do, Dale walked us through this step by step, explaining everything in detail. I changed some of my original colors the next day and he was happy to make the changes since he had not ordered any of the product yet. He has been doing this a long time and it shows because he really knows what is going on. Yes, I would definitely recommend Dale, Larry and the entire company to anyone looking to have this type of work done. They were recommended to me by a friend who was also VERY happy with their work. Please realize they are probably not the cheapest, but in the long run, I feel like they were the best bet for our money because I know the job was done right and I do not have to worry about anything falling apart or being sub standard. Since they also do windows, I had an issue with one of my windows (which they did not do) and Dale personally helped me and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. Just another plus for this company."

"The technician did a great job.  When I called in a plumber to install the overflow plate, he said that he could not use it.  He took out the bathtub plunger piece installed by Miracle Method and installed his own plunger and overflow plate.  So, I paid Miracle Method an additional $70 or so for nothing."

"Working with Beaty Home Improvements was an excellent experience for us. Everyone is so busy these days. I called three possible handyman companies, and Josh from Beaty was the only one that even called me back. Josh was super responsive and kindly found a place to work us into their schedule. A recent storm had knocked one of our 2nd story shutters down and we had a floodlight bulb that was high up that had burned out. I don't have a ladder to reach those areas, so I elected to try and find someone to take care of those items for us. To make the most of their time coming out, I also decided to go ahead and have them remove our old kitchen sink and install a new one for us while they were here. During the project I elected to go ahead and have a new disposal installed as well. Josh scheduled Kris for the work, and Kris arrived a few minutes early for the job. Kris quickly and creatively worked to resolve any little challenges encountered during the job, and he worked diligently to complete the tasks in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to chat with while he was here, and I am very pleased with the quality of his work and the care he put into it. I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh/Beaty Home Improvements if I need additional handyman work completed in the future."
