"I scheduled a tune-up service for my AC for 9-12 o'clock. At 11:35, I called to see if they were still coming, and she tells me 'sorry, the tech is running behind. He will be there closer to 1:00'. I accepted that, then waited until after 1:00 to call them again, only to find out the tech was still an hour away, working on another job. I thought the whole point of a service 'window' was to provide flexibility for the tech in case they get held up. I had to leave my house by 2:30, so I canceled the appointment. I took out an entire day for absolutely nothing."

Sam arrived shortly after with water heater we discussed & all supplies needed , no running around to pickup stuff. Job completed in timely manner. Old unit hauled off and job site all cleaned.
