Before, I had 3 flooring companies 2 concrete companies not want to do the work it required for my home to get the floor in because of a sloppy DIY someone else before us did. saying it was going to be an amazingly high price to get what I wanted. there were 6 inch step down in two different places that I wanted flush. I am so happy I found them on Angie’s list! Carlos who was very professional, came in and leveled it spectacularly. His team made all levels flush with each other and then stamped the concrete to look like a wooden floor. Although this is pre-stain color I already am so please. he listened to what I wanted and I am very happy with the end result I would hire again and do plan to to resurface my pool/driveway. I decided to take a risk by getting white epoxy flooring installed at my AirBnB rental. I got a few estimates, but Big O was the winner. They provided a reasonable quote that was within my budget and delivered fantastic service. I am absolutely delighted how beautiful the floors turned out! It makes the space feel more bright, open, and clean. I get compliments often when people walk into the house. Keeping white floors is a concern but since there is no texture it is easy to clean. "I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect.
