"DO NOT GIVE A DIME OF YOUR $$$ Evan the owner came out and gave me a solid estimate. Some time went by and I finally was ready on my end so I call him and let him know I was ready and would like to get on the schedule. He sated he was about 3 weeks out at the time. I said no problem and paid the 50% deposit he asked for. Just under $8k down upfront. He said he ordered the metal and would let me know when it was ready. After paying the deposit have not heard a single peep from them. I finally got a text back saying metal would be in and he would be out that next Thursday to start the job. Thursday comes and goes, than Friday, the weekend and the next week. Meanwhile I have called and text countless times and can only reach his assistant that always had a different excuse and would just transfer me to Evans voice-mail. Complete joke of a company and trying to scam people out of hard earned $. Thankfully I put the deposit on a card and just disputed it to get mine back. Stay clear"

"Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. Instead of fixing the roof, they?ve added about 2 gallons of caulking around the ac unit. I told them it would still leak, they said no, and then it leaked again. And again. And again. And again. And again. I told them the water damage indoors would make my 40 pound ceiling light fall, they said no. The next morning it fell 14 feet about a foot away from my head. I had another leak last week (not shocking at all considering half the shingles are not laid properly, and they just ?fixed it? by slopping sealant all over a ?brand new roof?). This time they refused to fix the water damage inside, and PAINTED OVER the bubbling paint and damaged drywall. They never paid me for the light fixture, never fixed the tiles in my kitchen that got broken from the light falling. They never fixed my roof and they didn?t fix the water damage inside.
