"I received 4 quotes to repair and replace my concrete pool decking. Quotes variied from $12K to $4.5 K. I considered doing it my self but gave one more quote a try. Joe answered immediately and came that very afternoon. Joe is a veteren and was polite and courteous as can be. And get this the quote was under $3K. His man arrived promptly and finished the job in 2 days. I think he worked 10 to 12 hours each day. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased.
