"Anthony responded very quickly to my request for a bid; even moved the appointment up as his schedule opened up. Checked back with me in about three days to see if I had made a decision; by that time I had another bid [which was comparing apples to oranges as they wanted to replace the whole deck floor, etc, etc. The third bid I requested never showed up, although this was during the early days of The Virus of 2020. But still ... no call to cancel so they were out of the running.] Anthony's crew started the job a few days later. Crew worked hard for three days, which left me with a beautifully repaired and refinished deck, refinished gazebo, and new gutters. They cleaned up well afterwards. Anthony or dad Pete came several times each day to follow up with workers. Anthony came back after the job to check and remedy any minor concerns I had. Would definitely use again. Note: beware of dad Pete. Nice, nice guy, but loves to try to upsell you."

"Rob responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Others said it would be a week or three. Rob spent an hour or so inspecting my roof and suggested I contact my insurance due to hail damage and offered to return to go over it with the insurance adjuster, which he did. When I received the insurance estimate it seemed rather low so I sent it to Rob to review. When I emailed my insurance adjuster with Rob's review they quickly discovered their mistake. Rob saved me $2715! The 3 roofers were very friendly and did a terrific job. The roof looks fantastic! I especially liked the way they sealed around the fireplace chimney on the patio roof. They were very upfront with costs before and during the process. Calling and keeping us updated every step of the way. Everyone we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to complete our roof within two days, in the hot AZ heat. They made sure all sides of the house were cleaned up before they left. "Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness.
