"Warren was a pro and new his profession. His ideas on the repair were spot on and I will hire him for the next job."

"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails, all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite, cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"repair a leak on the roof"

"After calling at least 10 different roofing companies, I was starting to lose hope. Every company seemed to give me the runaround, telling me I needed more and more work, & it felt like they were just waiting to open up the roof so they could keep adding charges. The whole process felt like a scheme. Then found California Building Professionals, the experience was completely different. They responded quickly, came out to inspect my roof, and explained exactly what needed to be repaired—no scare tactics, no upselling, and no unnecessary work. They gave me an honest estimate, and throughout the entire project, there were absolutely no surprise fees or added costs. They showed me step by step everything they were going to do. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they delivered exactly what they promised. This has been the best experience I've ever had with a roofing company. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, but CBP earned my confidence and business for life!"

The team was friendly and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Our roof's looking sharp now! "Sept. 2024. We own a single story 2150 square feet home in Yorbe Linda. The spanisch tile roof is now 35 years old and it was leaking in one spot. ,We decided to replace all the underlying tar paper for the whole roof. We got four estimates, One was very close to California Roof experts, and two's costs 20% more. California Roof experts was the only company that offered a 20-year warranty on their work. They use a new superstrong woven silicone roofing paper to give this guarantee. Plus they were the only one that would reset the tiles on commercial wood strips to hold the tile in place. The wood strips have 3/8" thick rubber pads that will the water, if any, to allow to run under the strips. They did reuse the sheet metal that is places at the low point of two sided (gulley). I was skeptical of the sheet metals condition and I had Arthuro bring the sheet metal down for inspection and they showed no rust spots. I did however have Arthuro hammer flat some protruding sheet metal spots where the previous nails were so as not to cut the thin woven silicone paper. Also, we insisted on using city inspection, for which we paid, $330, Once the roofers started, they had always a full crew on the job, and we never had to call them up or prod them. Each evening, they cleaned up around the house before the left. There was no request for additional tiles, cement or any other item. Once the job was completed, it passed city inspection the first time. We are very satisfied with the company, their management, and their workers. Gunter H. Sanders"
