I called and asked him to return to clean up the paint and he said he would, so I waited and waited. I called him back and he said he was on his way out of town, this was Friday July 1, and he would come and clean his mess on Tuesday, July 5 when he returned. to date, he has not contacted me or cleaned the mess. I have now received the replacement item (this time sent by FedEx rather than the dodgy truck freight firm) and it is perfect.
