"We contacted Sunny Lee in November about hail damage to our SFH this summer. He assessed the roofing damage & later was present when the 3rd party inspector from the insurance company came out. Ultimately my claim was approved at 100%, less deductible, for replacement of the entire roof. Sunny kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property. Overall we are quite pleased with the job & process & couldn’t recommend him more highly."

The team worked hard to prepare the deck before staining by installing new handrails, securing planks, sanding, and moving my furniture. He even fixed my gate which was not installed properly. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made.
