For our house they: Fixed the window frames outside because the mortar was broken or eroded and when it stormed outside, it rained inside our house. They changed rotten wood, painted it, cemented places in the brick wall that needed it, put mortar/caulk and sealed 4 windows from the outside. The other project was putting bifold closet doors which included cutting them to size, installing the hardware, and painting them. This was the first time I’ve had to hire someone to fix things around the house that I couldn’t, and I was really nervous. I’m grateful I found Chapin Handyman LLC through Angie’s list! Oh! "I spoke with Bobby about taking care of some wall repairs we needed. We had to remove exhaust venting for a pellet stove that we did not want to use anymore. There was an exterior wall with vinyl siding on it and an interior wall with dry wall that needed repairing. He was very professional and friendly. He provided a reasonable estimate on the work and completed the job in one day. Cleaned up after the work was done. We are impressed with the high quality of craftsmanship he did overall.
