The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. We followed our usual care, getting estimates and recommendations from multiple places and, in the end, there was no contest. From our initial sit-down to the completion of the job, service was excellent; attention to detail, communication, etc. were exceptional. Jacob and Garrett Day spent a lot of time explaining the process, showing the actual materials to be used, time expectation of completing the job, etc. Despite my persistent attention to detail, and multiple queries, there was no question they didn't answer completely to my satisfaction. The job was completed in two days. When they left, there was not a bit of debris left behind; they left the property spotless. Because of the close proximity of houses on either side, they exercised great care in protecting not only my property but that of my neighbors.
