"It was the best experience I could have imagined. I learned last night, after returning from Florida after 3 1/2 months, that I had hundreds of mouse droppings under my sink. I haven't had a pest problem in the 49 years I lived here. I was freaked out. After going to Angi I was contacted by Osip within 5 minutes. He offered to come this morning, at no cost, and give me recommendation. He showed up on time, explained the problem, offered a solution and was as professional and pleasant as could be. He provided me with a very reasonable option, and cleaned and sanitized under my sink for free. This was the best experience I ever had and I'm 78 years old! "Jon was nice enough to deal with but the limited amount of time that he spent, the amount of work involved and the products needed, nowhere near justified the $1,800.00 fee. He visited the house on 8/15, came back on 8/19 and was completed on 8/29, with a total of 90 minutes on the job. I have had bats return twice since his service was completed. The first time, he recommended I open the windows to let the bat out. The second time was this past Thursday night and I was told he would try and fit me in and I have yet to hear back. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I really dislike feeling like I paid way, way too much for the limited time involved and to not have the problem resolved."

"Company bought my contract mid season last year from an individual I used for 15 years without a single issue. 2nd application they spread too much fertilizer and burnt 70% of my lawn, dead! When told to remedy it, owner admitted a inexperienced operator of new equipment, showed up with grass seed and threw it over dead grass which obviously didn't take. Waited all season before dealing with it myself and now just had to order top soil and spent the last 2 days fixing his mess. Don't hire. Business is a side hustle to the owner so not 100% dedicated to customer service. Photos are what's been redone so far with topsoil, myself. Not a single offer to fix the lawn properly but had nerve to call and request contract renewal this season. NOPE!"
