Work was done while we were out of town, and our son was there to provide access to water for power washing and to approve the work, which then allowed us to make the final payment (Venmo, which was convenient). The photos we received from our son satisfied us that the job was done well. However, once we returned home, we were really satisfied with the job and the quality of the work. The color looks great, and anyone walking by might say our stucco looks the best in our neighborhood. All told, Bianchini repaired three cracks in the stucco, pressure washed all surfaces, and painted with elastomeric paint with a 20 year warranty (though we were advised 15 years was more reasonable). Great job overall, and we recommend Bianchini to any wishing to repair and refresh their stucco."
