"We were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. This was important to us because we just had some new landscaping put in. It couldn’t have gone better. We would certainly recommend A&D Exteriors."

"I definitely recommend APR for flat roofing needs. They did a complete rip and replace of a 500+ sq ft flat roof at my home in La Grange. They were not the low bidder. However, the value was evident. Not only did they install a new torch down roof, but they repaired a significant amount of water-damaged soffit and installed new gutters instead of just re-installing the old gutters, as many suggested. They pointed out several areas of concern that led to the failure of my old roof. And to my surprise, they were able to mobilize a large crew and complete the entire job in one day, including clean up. I talked to many roofing contractors before choosing APR, and I couldn't be happier with my choice."

"Infinity Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof. They did the following: Tore down two courses of asphalt shingles Removed an obsolete metal chimney used for furnace. Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. "As a result of 2 torn knee ligaments, steep step down made this access very painful. Tom came over almost immediately to fully understand the job. He took measurements and helped me find a cost effective solution he could deliver. Pictures explain the job better, see before and after. Also, he made some great suggestions, like measuring the length of the car, and making the raised landing (approx. 6 feet square by about 5 inches high) a natural car stop (tells me when I have pulled in fully). Now, the 2 steps are easy to negotiate, and the garage floor is flush with the exterior door out to the yard (garage exit, see replaced white door). I would recommend Tom with zero reservations. Very easy to communicate with, great listener, takes immense pride in his work and really solved a big problem for me. He is appropriately friendly and very professional. It is also worth mentioning I called others to get a quote, and most didn't want to even bid, because the job was 'too small' (concrete needed to be mixed manually, didn't use a concrete mixer truck). Tom seemed to empathize with my knee discomfort and tried to get the job completed as quickly as possible. In fact, he stayed until nearly 9p to get the concrete poured. As a result of this huge lifestyle improvement, since this entry way is my primary access inside , from the attached garage, and also used several times a day to let dogs out, I am able to manage my knee discomfort and postpone inevitable surgery. "After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
