"This guy is a fraud. He has about 5 reviews two of them were from his son and wife who gave him a score of 5/5 without any comments. He came and installed two main drains and caused damage to the piping by the equipment. Folded the winter cover wrong and was told to repair the damage he caused and to redo the cover. He promised he will after he got the money and ran away. I called more than 20 times, left voice and text messages and he won't care to respond. After 2 months he said he won't day any more needed repairs because he thinks I won't pay him which is a lie. I never negotiated his price and paid him immediately without delay."

"The technician that worked on our above ground pool, I believe her name is AJ, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly inspected all of our equipment and managed to get our pool filtration system running better than it has in years (we tried several other pool services before JIT). When we eventually needed a replacement pump, she did a wonderful job installing the new one and we have had no problems since!"

We chatted about the pool, I sent him a couple pics of the pool and mechanicals. He provided a very fair quote right away. Based on his timeliness and professionalism, we scheduled the job. William and his crew arrived on time the next day and got right to work. Efficient, professional, and friendly. He knocked on the door to ask any questions he had during the closing. Start to finish, he and his crew had the pool drained, lines cleared, plumbing winterized and covers in place - all in about 90 minutes. Would have taken me all day! Responsive, professional, fairly priced, courteous - You can't ask for anything more from this service provider. BIG thumbs up for The Dolphins Pool Service!!!"

"This company did an excellent job! They work fast and are efficient but also do quality work with attention to detail and address all concerns that you ask them too. We were incredibly happy with their work and will be hiring them again for future projects. The pricing is fair and the work is honest and well done. "Warning: Avoid FMP Builders Inc (Mikhail Fomin) of Schaumburg, IL at All Costs Hiring FMP Builders Inc, run by Mikhail Fomin, was the worst decision we ever made for our home. This contractor is an unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly incompetent individual who left our bathroom remodel in ruins, cost us thousands, and displayed deeply unsettling behavior. We contracted FMP Builders for a bathroom renovation, entrusting Mikhail with the project. From the start, he was a nightmare. He took over $3,000 upfront, only to vanish after two brief visits. The first visit was solely to collect our money, and the second was marked by inappropriate, creepy comments directed at my wife, making her feel unsafe in our own home. His conduct was unprofessional and downright disturbing. The work he did manage to start was catastrophic. He demolished parts of the bathroom, leaving it in a state of disarray with exposed fixtures, damaged walls, and debris everywhere. The little work done was shoddy and dangerous, requiring extensive repairs. It cost us nearly $5,000 to fix the disaster, including $2,000 just to undo the damage he caused. This doesn’t even account for the emotional toll of dealing with his endless lies and excuses. Mikhail’s excuses were as absurd as they were insulting. He claimed multiple times to have contracted COVID, and, unbelievably, stated that his grandmother had died-more than once! These transparent fabrications were clearly meant to dodge accountability and prolong his scam. He showed zero commitment to completing the job and no remorse for the chaos he left behind. FMP Builders Inc and Mikhail Fomin are a menace to homeowners. He is a liar, a creep, and a fraud who takes money, destroys property, and disappears. Save yourself the financial loss, stress, and potential safety risks, avoid this contractor at all costs! If you’re considering hiring him, run the other way and hire a reputable professional instead."
